What to do after composting

  1. When the color of the compost turns black, it should be dried up for 1-2 days in the sun and turned into granular form.
  2. This granular fertilizer should be stored in a earthenware container and the mouth of the container should be covered with an old cotton cloth.
  3. Then it needs to use fertilizer as required.

It usually takes 28 days to compost in one unit. For best results, dung water can be sprinkled before covering the organic waste with straw / dried leaves / coconut husk.
